Recently, CATL unveiled its first five-star experience center of the "NING Service" aftermarket brand in Ningde, marking a major step in delving into the aftermarket service sector. The experience center aims to provide new energy vehicle owners with such services as battery maintenance, testing, vehicle trading support, power battery recycling, battery insurance, and new energy technology training.
The experience center, with an area of 3,700 square meters, is located in Jiaocheng District, Ningde City. As the largest and most fully serviced store of the "NING Service" brand, it has several functional areas including those for ECI maintenance, vehicle maintenance, auto aesthetics and cleaning, as well as a customer lounge and training area. The experience center is equipped with CATL's innovative diagnostic and maintenance system, which is operated by certified engineers from CATL in order to offer professional, efficient and convenient battery repair and maintenance services for vehicles owners. Additionally, a training base has been set up to create an open, and cooperative communication platform for partners and new energy vehicle owners.
Wu Xinqing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Dongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone, said that the inauguration of CATL’s first directly-operated "NING Service" experience center will encourage the participation and involvement of upstream and downstream suppliers, service providers and consumers of the new energy vehicles, injecting fresh impetus into the sustainable development of the new energy industry.
Zhou Wei, Director of the Automobile Transportation Technology and Research Center of the Research Institute of Highway, Ministry of Transport, said that CATL would play a leading role in the socialized and marketized development of the new energy aftermarket business, which is of great significance in advancing ecological progress.

"NING Service" has initially set up 112 specialized aftermarket service outlets in 80 cities across 25 provinces in China. Looking ahead, it is set to innovate service models to promote the high-quality development of the new energy aftermarket business. The launch of this brand is considered to be a major attempt of CATL to break into the aftermarket service sector, with the purpose of bringing better technology and services to vehicle owners, and serving as a model for advancing sustainability of the industry and ecological progress of the new energy aftermarket sector.
