CATL and 58.com Enter into Strategic Partnership
On April 13, CATL and 58.com signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the city of Ningde, Southeast China's Fujian Province, eyeing comprehensive strategic cooperation in new energy vehicles, used new energy vehicles, and other fields.
According to the agreement, in the field of new energy vehicles, CATL will provide 58.com with competitive products and service guarantee for the latter to develop the new energy vehicle market, while in the field of used new energy vehicles, 58.com will give full play to its advantages including user base, channel and platform in order to promote the large-scale and standardized development of used new energy vehicles together with CATL to forge the brand influence of CATL. In addition, the two parties will cooperate in other fields including domestic household energy storage and new energy vehicle aftermarket.
In the future, the two parties will establish a sustainable partnership on the principle of "joint contribution, shared benefits and mutual responsibilities" to achieve leapfrog development through resource sharing, advantage complementing and business innovation.
