Recently, CATL's After-sales Service Agent Conference 2023, themed "Working together with CATL to Create a New Era" was held in the city of Ningde, Southeast China's Fujian Province. More than 400 service agents from all over the country attended the event. At the conference, CATL expressed its gratitude to the service agents for their long-term support, stressing that the two parties should practice cooperation on the basis of "respect, mutual benefit and integrity", strengthen innovation and help each other to continuously reduce costs and raise efficiency.
The heads of relevant departments of CATL shared their insights into the after-sales training and information-based platform management, the current situation and goals of the aftermarket, the new opportunities and challenges in the aftermarket, and the new energy vehicle battery swap business, proposing that the two parties should continue to deepen cooperation to build a world-class after-sales service system, steadily improve the overall service capabilities of the aftermarket, provide high-quality experience for customers, and achieve the goal of win-win development.
